From the Intensive Introduction to Documentary Studies to Digging In: An Audio Retreat with Big Shed, the Center for Documentary Studies is offering seven summer learning opportunities through its continuing education program. These intensive sessions, lasting from two to eight days, are open to the general public (and their completion counts as credit toward the Certificate in Documentary Arts for those working toward a certificate).
In addition to the Intensive Intro and the Big Shed retreat, CDS is also offering a Documentary Video Institute, a Literacy Through Photography Workshop, a Master Class in Nonfiction Writing, and Hearing is Believing I: An Audio Documentary Institute and Hearing is Believing II: Making It Sing.
